No getting away from it

Marinas and the sea- they seem to draw us in. Mind you the Anchor Bar and Grill fish and chips may have had something to do with it too.
As you can see it was lovely and sunny and calm. A blackness was growing in the south and it started to rain soon after we left to visit a cousin then on to the hospital. Trev has a new special ankle support in ORANGE!! Well, everyone will see him coming. It might even glow in the dark.

You always see someone you know at the hospital and today it was a great niece who just happened to spot me on her way to catch a bus. She had come with her grandma whose treatment was hours instead of minutes and she needed to get to work so was leaving Nan the car. However we were able to say you take the car and we will take Nan home. Another hour to wait but a coffee always fills the gap.

Feeling weary now. At least we can have an  easy tea.And it is snowing on the hills. A niece had to wait in Hanmer 2 hours on her way from Christchurch because of snow on the Lewis Pass. She got through before it closed again and not open till tomorrow. Whew.
