Armor Lux

A busy day today. I started with a load of laundry, while that was running we had breakfast. Once the machine had finished the laundry we hung it out to dry and then went for a bike ride. It was a little breezy, but warmer and sunnier than the last ride we had.

After the bike ride we took the laundry in (it was dry) and then took the green waste to the council recycling centre. On our way back we did a weekly shop and used up a £6 Waitrose voucher. It rained a little so it was a good job we took the laundry in...

For dinner we had ate some of the bargains we picked up just before Waitrose closed..! If you time it well, you can get excellent, fresh, short shelf-life, produce from Waitrose very cheaply...

Today's close-up blip is the label on my excellent French made Armor Lux T-shirt that we bought on our summer holiday in La Rochelle. I nearly bought the same shirt this spring from an Armor Lux shop, but it was full price, this one was discounted - it happened to be the only one and it was the right size too! I'm rather partial to stripy shirts and I've got a few now...
