In a Flash

Another dull day, sometimes damp.  This Cyclamen mirabile was hiding in a corner of the greenhouse, I brought it out to get a closer look.  It's one that can survive out in the garden but does better with some protection.  I tried with and without flash (see extra) and this just won out, perhaps only because of the more careful composition.  I also like the way the flowers seem to be close like two dancers ... or lovers.

Basketball this morning.  Cooking (home-made pizza) and washing up seem to have filled most of the rest of the day.  Watered the crocuses and sorted a few seeds in spare moments.

Folk sometimes comment on the black background to some of my blips.  In this case, as quite often, it's just the difference between flash and low natural light plus making sure there is nothing else in range of the flashlight.
