OK that was never said in Star Trek but neither is this a galaxy far, far away.

I was experimenting with a borrowed macro lens and tried capturing my thumbprint, the rest they say is metadata history. 

Method:

Transferred Vaseline from thumb onto black screen of phone then snap.

Cropped, up highlights, lowered darks in Lightroom.

Added lens flare and border in On1 Photo RAW. Voilà
