Volunteers Wanted

The conservation group I go out with look after my two local woods- Birch Wood and Southborough Common. Today I put out eight notices around the village and at the entrance to the woods, advertising 17 task days between tomorrow and next March, hoping to drum up more volunteers. That's my little white notice on the post, laminated so it will survive the winter. I wonder how many new people will come out with us.
