Autumn in Scotland

Glorious autumn day. Decided to abandon work and go for a along walk around the Cockburn reservoir.


Its a week since cataract surgery and already memories of it are fading as life gets back to normal.  But it will be several weeks before I can go back to yoga  though swimming may be possible in another fortnight.

Meanwhile still getting used to the fact that the world has suddenly sprung into sharp focus.
