Flower pot

The flower pot is ready for use once again!

I lost count on the number of coats of primer paint the wooden base took! It just seemed to be drinking the paint. Then it was 2 coats of black gloss paint.

I had taken a wire brush to both the pots and gotten them good and clean. The tin pot I applied 2 coats of clear to, both inside and out and on the clay pot I painted the rim with metallic copper.

Now my pot is ready for the flowers at the front door again and the slightest wind won’t tip them over.
