Some rules need...

...to be broken.

I took three versions of this, one with the tree in the left third and one in the right, I preferred the central option being a rebel. The sun was perfectly aligned behind the tree as it was breaking the horizon and the image is still broken into thirds so I hope it's alright for you lot.

As the sun gets lazier with it's wake up time it makes it much easier for me to capture a sunrise. As I am closer to work I can gauge if I've got minutes to spare to capture a shot. 

This was taken near Four Ashes just of the A449.
