Chinese bell flower
Abutilon, Chinese Bell Flower, Chinese Lantern, Mallow or Indian Mallow, Abutilon 'Boule de Neige' - apparently all the names this flower is known by!
All that and the berry can be eaten (though I wouldn't want anyone to try it without confirmation)
