Abstract Starling

We rarely have Starlings in our yard, which is probably good because when the visit, they hog the feeders.  But I think they're so pretty when the sun shines on them.  I was shooting through the window and there were reflections in it and I got a really interesting image through the reflection.  I almost blipped the original image but I liked it better with this artistic filter from PS Elements.  Many thanks to Ingeborg for continuing to host Abstract Thursdays!

I am grateful for my good health, despite my aches and pains.  I met a woman at water aerobics the other day who was having a hard time walking when she got out of the pool.  I asked if she needed help and she told me  she was ok.  I stayed close while we walked to the locker room just in case.  She told me she has had MS for 12 years and some days are worse than others.  Being in the pool makes it possible for her to get a good work out and keep up her strength.  We are friends now.  I like her attitude!

P.S.  I know I've been saying this a lot lately, but this really looks much better large. ;-)
