In infamy

On the 76th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, I went to the Arizona Capitol grounds to get a photo of the USS Arizona memorial. The gun on the left is from the Arizona; on the right is a gun from the USS Missouri. The Arizona gun was not on the ship during the attack.

I also went last year and the year before. This time I have a lens (and sensor) wide enough to get in both guns.

In under three weeks, Jill and I will be able to visit the actual memorial at Pearl Harbor.
