All Clear ...

... for the Christmas table.  At least the traditional "bitter dram".  It started in august when I selected the ingredients. After a month or so in a bottle with vodka I used a filter to get rid of the yellow flowers.  A couple of weeks ago the liquid looked very fogged.  But now it's crystal clear.

Malört is Wormwood in English and Artemisia Absinthium in Latin
