It's not the winning

... that counts, it's the taking part. Well, that was Poppydog's philosophy and it became very apparent that it ought to have been LD and mine too. We were thrashed; or, as we like to say, we allowed the chaps to win ;-)
This was an impromptu stop at LD and LBF on our way home from Hull, ostensibly for a quick cuppa but it soon turned into a more extended version :-)
Luckily the weather has held long enough to give us a reasonably decent drive home. The weather gods have smiled on us and we are very thankful!
