Nuthatch....again....

A bit of an emergency blip today as the weather left behind by Storm Eleanor has been AWFUL!  I took a walk out to the Post Office this morning  and decided to get some exercise by walking back through St Ives in the blustery weather.  I bumped into airedaleknitter walking Reggie and Angus so we caught up as we did a circuit in squally showers.

The remainder of the day has been spent practising on my recorder ready for my next lesson.  Tony is still busy sorting the study so I put a floor between us while I practised!  Handy living in a three storey house!  I've also scanned in another album of photographs, which is tedious work but will be worth it in the long run.  The upside of it is reliving all those times from when the girls were very young.

We were recommended to watch 'Hidden Figures' by our Becky and blipper Bighill, and last night we got round to it.  If you haven't seen it, do, one of those films which entertains and infuriates you at the same time.  It's an amazing true story of the women of colour who worked behind the scenes in essential roles on the NASA space program.
