Today involved work all day, except at lunchtime.

Then in the evening I took the Boy, the Last Wife and the Wee Sister out for dinner - the first two had birthdays at the weekend.

At lunchtime I booked a couple of nights in Stornoway for the end of March. It's a place I've been to twice for work, but day trips both times. For years I've wanted to see a bit of Lewis and Harris.

Good opportunity to use a few Gaelic phrases there.
