Back home again

Last night it rained quite heavily after that snowfall, which washed away much of the thick snow in the roads. We were able to take the chains off the tyres and drive to Zurich without any problems. The flight home was uneventful, and we managed to collect Murdoch from the kennels on our way home from the airport. This is a view of the grounds at the kennels where Murdoch stays, and the sky looked so lovely and blue today.

It has been very busy since I got home - besides unpacking and sorting things, I have spent the whole afternoon attending to the admin for the social events that I run for the arts society at school. There was quite a bit to do working out which applicants had got tickets to events, preparing the summary schedules of each event and sending all the necessary emails to applicants. I have only finished now and must now go cook supper. It will be an early night tonight after our 5am start today. 

Bianca and Kevin have arrived safely home again. They left the snowy Swiss Alps at -1C and arrived almost 24 hours later in hot and humid Durban at about 29C!
