Through the Arched Window #2

Another visit to Springburn Park, with a view through the arched window at the old glasshouse opposite to one I took a while back. Peeking through the fence again.

Initial renovation work took place last year, but now it looks like everything has stopped. There is no evidence of ongoing work. I wonder what the plans are now?
