I have taken photographs of this memorial to the Canadian crew of a wartime Wellington Bomber before. It crashed 2nd January 1944. 74 years on, there was a moving service with our own local blipper Airedale Knitter playing the last post and later Abide with me. A well attended service (probably around 60 or more) gathered by the memorial on the moors above Oakworth.

Extras
Canadian flag
Wreath bearers including, representing Canada Lieutenant Colonel Tressa Home, The Deputy Lord Lieutenant and The Royal British Legion.
Airedale Knitter (please note that this was posed after the service - not during the minutes silence)
