Winter Lights

I was very pleased to see that Blairgowrie has decided to leave its Christmas lights on to brighten up a dark winter's evening.  The lights stay in the trees permanently now, but will be switched off soon, I'm sure.

This was the only photo I took all day, as I met up with friend L. for lunch in Meigle and we chatted for a couple of hours.  Then she came back to our house for another long chat and a cup of tea, so no chance of a blip.

We were in Blairgowrie this evening for a meal at our favourite fish restaurant and learned that it will soon be moving a few hundred metres across the bridge to the old Methodist church.  The owners are very excited about the move, so we are looking forward to visiting again soon.
