Soft

Another soft day, i.e. 100% cloud cover and 5C. Am getting desperate to see the sun again. This is just one of the many flowers J received for her birthday, taken in the dim glow that passes for morning light. This afternoon we went to visit J's friend H in her care home; it was good to see her. Other than that, not much doing; we've been watching J's birthday DVDs, including the one of Singin' in the Rain that we gave her. What a brilliant film it is; I hadn't seen it for years.
