Mono Monday

Apparently it is Blue Monday today - the most depressing day of the year... all thought up by a marketing company to sell holidays apparently - and as i look out of the window at the wind and the rain they might have chosen the perfect weather to make anyone feel blue!

but then there are flowers......before they get battered by the weather that is!  Always makes me smile to see another flower appear after winter and the hellebores are putting on a good show already this year!
