Underpass... or blank canvas? One of two new ones here.

As this is to/from many of the local sports facilities, I'm thinking it would be a great place to celebrate the very wide mix of sporting and fun activities that take place, by all ages, in the area, perhaps with something like this previous project elsewhere in Inverness.
