The Great Escape

A fascinating lecture this evening at the RGS about MI9 in the war sending maps printed on silk to the prisoners of war in camps in Germany. These maps helped thousands of forces prisoners to escape. Including The Great Escape. The numbers are astonishing. A great story. 

And I hope the cyclist without the helmet gets home safely.
