Cannon Hall Lunch

It's all lunches this week.  We met my brother for our usual Tuesday lunch today and then had a short walk in the sun.  It was lovely to see the blue sky on a day that began dark, dismal and damp.  We have had too much rain and not enough sun this winter.  Ann got back just in time after her excursion with the Community Transport group.  I think they enjoyed themselves as the Community Bus toured the Penistone villages and then ferrying older people to the supermarket.  She says the bus driver was wonderful, getting out from his seat and helping the less mobile passengers on board

Oh and Dennis brought me some more of those ice-walking spikey things to try out on my shoes.  I hope to be able to get one lot fixed on my boots without having to take the boot off!
