Bad Eddie

Our first visit of the year to the vets this morning. After snuffling round the vet’s face and giving him a loving lick while his heart was checked I was surprised when Eddie was growling and snappy when his paw was examined, very unusual. Slight damage to his claw so it needs bathing to keep it clean after his walks. I took him round the field afterwards where he managed to get some twigs tangled in his fluffy bottom. I needed a very steady hand protecting his family jewels when I had to cut it out when we got home, and I got snapped at as well.
