Flying the flag

Although I am at Westminster more often these days , I had not held a meeting with members of the House of Lords before.

My Welsh counterpart Mark Drakeford and I were briefing peers this evening about the devolution issues in the EU Withdrawal Bill , and when I arrived mid afternoon , for an earlier meeting with MPs, I thought the proliferation of these flags at one of the entrances - part of an anti Brexit protest - were a good sign.
