Dazzling

A day of dazzling sunshine! It was such a beautiful day to be walking along the beach with my Wednesday friends - and then a gorgeous lunch of smashed avocado on a toasted muffin, topped with field mushrooms and two poached eggs. It was utterly delicious but I would have been happy with just half the amount - no need for a dinner for me this evening! :))

This is one that particularly benefits by being seen in large :)
