Corstorphine Old Parish Church

A very cold ride in to work. Very glad of the winter gloves. Not much ice, or even frost.

A quick walk up to Corstorphine Old Parish Church at lunchtime. Formally known as St. John's Collegiate Church, it was built in the 15th Century in the churchyard of an older church. It became the parish church in 1646, after the collegiate church was dissolved in 1634. The older church was then demolished. Its been added too and restored at various points, giving it its awkward shape, hidden behind the trees.

Cold again on the ride home. A bit dull, so I had to use lights. Snow flurries as well. Cold is set to lift for a day tomorrow. I guess that means rain and high winds.
