Oscilloscope/Scope/CRO/Cathode Ray Oscilloscope. Old technology now, using "cathode rays" - as old televisions with "tubes" did. This one was bought in 1988, and despite its age, is a good one. Amazing it (and several others) have survived being bashed about a generally abused by Students for all those years. Then again, perhaps I've been too good at patching them up and repairing them for nearly all of those years.

We do have newer ones... and also some even older ones - that I used when I was a Student, even longer ago.
