Sunday - Glasgow Tour with Jack

*** Back blipping ****

We picked Jack around 12 pm and drove to The Barras Market in the East. We seem to only go to the Barras when we have visitors. They have become a bit touristy but I think still an interesting place to go.
After a stroll through the stalls and buildings we looked for lunch at the Loch Fyne Shellfish Cafe, but unfortunately the mussels were out already. So we decided to drive to the South Side and visit Café Strange Brew. We got a table and Jack had coffee and cake.
Back to the Westend, for another coffee at Papercup, before we dropped Jack at the Hotel for a wee rest before dinner.
We managed to squeeze a little couch time in before we set off again to go to the restaurant I had picked for the night!
It's at the bottom of Byres Road, called Number 16. I walked past it a thousand times without noticing it! Oh my god, what a wonderful wee place with amazing food, great service and totally reasonably if not even underpriced.
We each had 3 wonderful courses a la carte plus a lovely bottle of wine and paid less than 140 pounds! If you come to Glasgow and want great food, go and visit! I will definitely be back!

We walked home, dropped Jack on the way and collapsed.

My blip is taken at The Barras
