In keeping with the world of drones, CCTV, and hidden wildlife cameras this is a stuffed squirrel,

cunningly pose to look alive but has actually been scooped out and had a remote camera inserted into it to film and monitor the correct and proper usage  of the litter bins of Sheffield West.
