Taichi

Is tiring. So we get to have a lie down after lunch. Very civilised. This is my love snuggled down.

I feel like I've learnt a lot, and anchored some things better than they were before - previously just bobbing about on the waves of taichi. Ulf is a really skillful teacher, and has great patience with his students, despite their lack of application when he isn't there encouraging them to practice.

We said our goodbyes and drove slowly back to Claire's, partly due to tiredness, and partly since the road was deeply rutted and insisted on throwing the car about. I don't like that one bit!

So grateful to be heading for sleep rather than a 3 hour drive home in the dark. We'll enjoy that tomorrow in the day light, it will be a lot nicer and safer that letting two tired people loose on the highways.

I'm thinking about following Daveen's lead, and taking comments away till Easter... I spend a lot of time on blip at the moment and there are other pressing things to be considered... like training taichi.... and I would really, really miss it  (and you all) - so it would be a good discipline as well.... mmmmm.
