Roseburn

A day of two halves.

It was positive all the way until I got to the ice hockey at 6pm. By 6.05pm Caps' goalie was injured and away to the changing room. His normal back up was injured already. So, Mr 3rd Choice played for 55 minutes.

Caps played in Sheffield on Wednesday, in Milton Keynes on Thursday and in Belfast last night. They were a little leg weary tonight, and crumbled to league leaders Cardiff.

To be honest, it's hard to understand how a properly run professional league can be operate that way. 4 games in 5 days (with a lot of travel) is tough on the players, and the fans tonight were ripped off.

Well, the season will be over soon.

The Blip is the Water of Leith at Roseburn, near the ice arena.
