Floopy.

Weather not fit to be out in again today, and the only picture I took on my phone is of the floopies in Lidl, with a partial SP in the refection of the glass case. I've no idea why doughnuts with a hole are called floopy, or filled ones berlinas. The only definition I could find was in a reference to mattresses in  Life, the Universe, and Everything  by Douglas Adams.
