Cover at the cafe
John’s wife Kay came along to the cafe as one of the team could not make it. She is very germ conscious so the marigolds never came off. She agreed to be my blip for today. I managed to get into Boston by a different route but by the afternoon all the main roads were passable again so I went into work to complete a job for a couple of hours. The shop had shut at lunchtime as there was no one in town. I then went to see the grandchildren on the way home and had some tea and cake.
