Commuter Reading

My good friend, fellow fitness instructor & teacher of all things Argentinean is borrowing our very well read book. Basically it tells you to get your sweat on 6 days a week to reprogram your cells to think they are getting younger instead of older. This photo is taken by her as she commutes on the GO Train. Quiet day, thought it was going to be crazy with barre class refresher and then teaching but luckily the class was cancelled due to spring break & room unavailability. That left me with a late lunch with a friend at a favorite Ukrainian cafe and then dinner prep and guests. Adopted daughter S and her adorable architect partner came for a full vegan dinner - it was awesome! I sent them home with leftovers and a new vegan cookbook by the No Meat Athlete (whom i have been following for a few years). Up early tomorrow for regular saturday morning 'Rowga' & pilates with my favorite masters athletes.
