Weir Reflections

I had a walk around Tadcaster this afternoon - rather pleasant today as there was no wind and temperatures up to the low teens!

I liked this reflection - which I had to wait ages for as there was a duck splashing about just to the left of the shot. I also like that you can see the curve of the weir and the slope of the drop.

I also spotted this old cog mechanism - presumably some sort of gate release for the weir. I also had to laugh at the latest flood defences along the banks of the Wharfe.
