Down But Not Out!

Cardiff City FC played Wolverhampton Wanderers at The Cardiff City Stadium tonight. A top of the table clash between Wolves who are first and Cardiff in second place in the league.

Wolves won this thrilling match 1-0. Cardiff City missed two penalties in the five minutes injury time. Cardiff gave it all but Wolves were worthy winners.

Cardiff are still second place with a game in hand. We need 14 points from the remaining 6 matches to guarantee promotion. It was the highest league attendance in a Welsh match for 42 years with a gate of 29,300.
