The Old Forge (Thursday 12th April 2018)

Bramblings began visiting the Old Forge for the first time this year and one pair have become regular visitors. I have tried on many occasions to record their presence and today I managed it for the first time. This brambling is on one of the feeders on the oak barrel installation and also spent some time on the shrub behind it.
The picture was taken at 0858 hr from the kitchen so three panes of glass lie inbetween, and there is some beak movement, so this may be relegated to an Extra later on if I take anything better.
