Siblings

I didn’t get to see the exhibition of sibling portraits at the V & A museum of Childhood but I did get the booklet from the exhibition which is fascinating. There are portraits of around 20 families with separate portraits of individual siblings with their comments about their place in the family in relation to their siblings. My favourite: ‘having a sister is cool - you can do the simplest things and they always look in awe as if you have just performed a miracle ‘.
