Peacock Butterfly

I was aware of movement and then I spotted the butterfly .... I tried to track it to see where it would land .... certainly didn't expect it to land on the gravel just by me feet.

Just before lunch time I was stung on the neck by a wasp.  It got caught in the collar of my jacket and when I tried to brush the wasp away it decided that I needed a memorable sting .... it was sore!
