Just hanging around, waiting!

What dreadful weather! The hedge banks and verges are overflowing with this plant, Garlic mustard, coming into perfect condition to receive lots of eggs from Orange-tip butterflies... then the awful weather kicked in! Orange-tips will not fly, let alone mate and egg-lay, while these conditions persist. Luckily, these flowers and other crucifers like Cuckooflower, Charlock, Sweet rocket and Honesty are quite long-lasting and will still be around to receive eggs and support larvae for a few weeks. We must get some decent weather soon!
