Juggling

I took AR round to K’s this morning togive Mt&H a bit of a rest (Mx had been awake a lot of the night), and she played happily as we chatted and K prepared a Formula 1 lunch for the gang. When P and Diesel arrived we went for a little walk with them, Mt, and AR, despite the constant miserable drizzle.
Poor P is having terrible trouble with his hearing despite several appointments at the audiologist and he was really struggling with it even when the surroundings were quiet. Really feel for him, it must be awful. He seemed on good form otherwise though, and had lots to tell us about family, his car and his life and routines with Diesel.
We all went to a new tapas restaurant in Woburn Sands for lunch ...bit noisy unfortunately but nice food and made a change. We had all sorts of bits and pieces (particularly good chicken, boquerones and salad dressings) and AR happily did colouring and ate ice cream.
Dash to the train station and then the long slog home but all went smoothly. I did some more knitting and that led to a nice chat with a woman nearby about the complex pattern
Much sunnier as we headed north...seems it’s been nice all weekend up here so I’ve been unlucky weather wise down in MK but good break nonetheless
