High visibility parking ticket

Donnacha couldn't quite believe his luck. 
He was pretty sure that in his haste to go and watch the Liverpool match in Lockies (and down a few cheeky pints), the captain of the Stena Carrier had forgotten to place his Pay & Display ticket on the dashboard of his ship. 

He now needed two things:
- find a pretty big cherry picker
- decide under which of the many windscreen wipers to place his Parking Violation Notification
