A Late Bloomer

An at home Saturday, rather cool bleak day so have the fire going.  
Pottering is how I would describe my day, with very little achieved.
A late wander around the garden, still quite a few roses blooming.  I love this rose, it is a repeat flowerier and is never without blooms.  Late in its season it gets this washed out look which I like.  The colour is quite different to its spring flowers which are much more like a scarlet red.  Weird but I think the almost 5 inches of rain last weekend may have some bearing on its colour today.
