DANGER - MAN AT WORK

There were two men but I was only holding the door to stop it sliding as my Brother in Law Andy operated the dangerous machinery, a power plane.

With the new carpets having a little more pile than the previous ones we had trouble opening the doors in the sitting and dining rooms including the French doors from the sitting to dining room. So four doors needed to be trimmed and that would probably take me an hour each door with a saw and a hand plane and it would be an awful mess.
So, Andy being a professional carpenter all his life, was called on to help and he had all four doors done within an hour including taking them off and putting them back on again.
Mind you, he had some very proficient help in the shape of yours truly but I was so grateful to him for coming over to do it.
