Marjorie's ramblings

The spitfire

We started today with a ride on one of the open topped sight seeing buses that go around the city. It was interesting, if a bit windy on top.

We left the bus at the Kelvingrove Museum and spent time in the Charles Rennie Mackintosh exhibition. They have brought together a wonderful collection of works by CRM and his school, but it is rather cramped in the exhibition area.

We also walked through the main halls and I captured my Blip for someone who loves spitfires!

After lunch we went to the Hunterian Museum which was amazing. The university buildings are grand and the sun shone.

Tonight we were at the Tron Theatre for a play called Gut. It explores how to keep a child safe. I think it is brilliant but uncomfortable and reminded me of work!
