Rockwell 52 (ish)

Tiny Tuesday and the theme is hard ... so I have gone for a macro of some of the teeth on a hardpoint bow saw blade.   It goes through wood at quite a rate - and would go through me even quicker if I didn't take all relevant precautions when using it :-)

Hardpoint as in, the teeth are hardened as part of manufacture, and can't be sharpened once they lose their edge.  Woodcutting tools need to be around 52  on the Rockwell scale .so I guess this type of blade is further up the scale as I've not managed to blunt one, yet :-)
