Mucky Moulting

Apparently two moulting chickens can fit in one large plant pot.

At last the little pimples of fresh quills and a few baby feathers have started to appear. They all seem to have had a long moult this year but the combs look perky enough so general health must be ok.

Anyhoo, back to more eggs soon please or it's sage & onion stuffing time.
