Lightning Run

Our second amusement park in three days is Kentucky Kingdom, home of two outstanding roller coasters: Lightning Run (above) and Storm Chaser (extra). Storm Chaser is probably my favorite by that manufacturer (I've been on three others), and it's the only one I've ridden multiple times. The airtime on it is unmatched.

This park is across the road from the Louisville airport. We're flying home today. It was a good long weekend.
